Blackshore Holdings was founded on a single conviction: that the African continent represents the most significant long-horizon capital opportunity of our generation, and that capturing it requires institutions built for permanence rather than fund-cycle speed.
We were established as a principal investment vehicle with a mandate to assemble a multi-jurisdictional holding company spanning Mauritius and Sub Saharan Africa. Our structure is intentionally institutional: foundation at the apex, holding company beneath, operating subsidiaries deployed close to the ground.
